Spectrum Marketing Services (Spectrum) stands behind the quality of the products provided on this site and will Exchange all product found to have manufacturing or production defects. All Midwest Motor Express Apparel Merchandise is custom manufactured upon order. Due to this all Apparel sales are final, no Returns or Refunds are accepted, Exchanges only.
How To Exchange An Item
Full Exchanges are available for any product due to manufacture or production defect in the product or decoration, with all costs for the shipping covered by Spectrum Marketing Service c/o Midwest Motor Express, with an approved Exchange Authorization # (EA#) provided by Spectrum Marketing Services. You must exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please submit your request for Exchange using the Contact Us form provided on this website and Spectrum will provide a Exchange Authorization #.
2. Please include the following information on the Contact Us form:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address
- Exchange Authorization Request (in Subject Line)
In Comments Field please provide the following:- The original order number.
- The name/s and item number/s of the product you would like to exchange.
- A brief description of the reason for the Exchange.
3. Your request will be reviewed and once approved, via email, an Exchange Authorization # will be provided to you along with a method for shipping the defective product/s back to Spectrum Marketing Services. Standard shipping methods of UPS and USPS are used for returning shipments; you may be required to deliver the shipment to a drop off location for pick up.
4. You must include in the returning package a signed letter stating the reason for your Exchange, be sure to include the EA# provided and a copy of the original receipt, to expedite your request.
5. Your product will be examined and once the defect has been identified a new replacement product will be sent to you.
(Please note if no defect can be identified in the product you will be contacted by a support representative to review the Exchange.)
Midwest Motor Express management has selected and approved all products provided on this site. Size charts are provided for all apparel products to assist you with selecting the proper size. No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds will be approved for sizing related issues.
